Why complicate food when delicious can be so simple?
I often indulge in easy, clean yet toothsome foods rather than processed products with a load of added flavors.
Those processed items called food make me sick. Honestly guys! Not kidding!
Look at this colorful plate of steamed sweet potato, turnip, carrot and lightly steamed broccolis! How beautiful is that?
I added a little bit of dressing made of non-pasteurized miso, garlic, ginger and hazelnut butter.
Easy and healthy.
